Do I get my project files too?
Yes. Each delivery contains a draft of your video, along with the project files and any additional assets we've sourced.
How will we communicate to ensure the video work gets done?
Step 01— You submit your video projects through our customer portal. To review the videos, you’ll be given a link to Frame.io, our video-proofing tool for businesses. One of the challenges businesses face when working with video editing freelancers is the lack of a production process. Our video edit service aims to make the project communication process as efficient as possible between each marketing team.

We use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to edit your videos.
What are your working hours & holidays?
Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm UTC + 05:30. During the final week of the year, we take a company-wide break for Christmas and New Year (December 24 - January 1). All clients receive advanced notice of the exact days and dates we take off as the break nears. We also observe and don’t work on the following Sri Lankan Public Holidays.
